Looking for a new challenge but tired of feeling lost in the chaos of big fitness events?

HYROX combines running and functional fitness in a structured, accessible race format that anyone can train for – and thrive in.

Each HYROX race includes eight 1-kilometer runs, each followed by a functional workout station (think sled pushes, burpee broad jumps, rowing, and more). The standardized format means everyone around the world completes the same race, so you can train with purpose, track your progress, and feel part of something bigger.

At Chaka, you don’t train for HYROX alone. You’ll have a team behind you, coaches to guide you, and a community to push you through every round!

Our Training Program

Our HYROX Race Training Program is designed to mirror the race format, focusing on:

  • Endurance Building: Improve your running stamina to handle multiple runs.
  • Functional Strength Training: Master specific exercises featured in HYROX.
  • Technique Enhancement: Learn proper form to maximize efficiency and prevent injury.
  • Race Simulation: Experience mock races to build confidence and race-day readiness.
  • Our regular group training classes at Chaka CrossFit already include many of the stations featured in HYROX, such as sled rope pulls, sled pushes, heavy carries, wall balls, SkiErg, and rowing. In fact, our regular group training sessions are an excellent way to build the foundational skills and strength needed for a HYROX event.

 

However, our HYROX Race Training breakout sessions are specifically designed for those looking to compete with confidence. These focused sessions dive deeper into race-specific techniques, strategies, and simulations, ensuring you’re fully prepared for the challenges of HYROX.
