As members of the Harrisburg running community, we enjoy running with you. Running experts all highlight the benefits of strength training but Harrisburg has not had strength training designed specifically for runners until now. In partnership with Fleet Feet Mechanicsburg, this 6-week strength training program will focus on three aspects of your running: speed, efficiency, and injury prevention.

- It meets weekly on Thursdays at Chaka CrossFit in New Cumberland.
