- This fun and fast-paced group fitness class will pair high-intensity interval work with bodyweight and strength components.
- Class meets Tuesday 6:15 pm, Saturday 7:45 am, Sunday at 8:45 am and 10 am
- No experience is necessary
- Ages 12+ are welcome

- These mid-morning classes are identical to our other CrossFit classes.
- Limited to the weekday classes at 9 and 11 AM. 9 AM class is held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. 11 AM class is held on Tuesday and Thursday.
